  1. I Would Like To Change My Shipping Address
    If you want to change the shipping address after placing an order, please submit our Contact Form within 2 hours after purchasing and provide a new shipping address. We will not accept any changes after orders are being processed/shipped.

  2. I Would Like To Change My Billing Address
    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to edit the billing address on orders. However, there is not any bill sent to the billing address and this will not affect your order.

  3. I have not received all the items in my order
    Check your inbox to see whether we have sent you emails informing you that all of the items in your order were shipped out. In this case, you should locate your order via the given links in your shipping confirmation emails.
    Note: Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. 

    If you have not received any email and your purchase did not have various deliveries, please submit our Contact Form below to get advice.

  4. I have not received my order but the tracking info said it was deliveried
    Firstly, re-check the shipping address provided at the order confirmation and review the order details.

    Secondly, check around the delivery location or the entrances of your residence for the package or notice of attempted delivery (ex: near back porches, bushes, garages, or other places that the driver may have left it).

    Thirdly, check if someone else accepted the delivery, or a neighbor or other resident received the package.

    If it’s not too much of an inconvenience you can also inquire about your package with your local post office.

    Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. 

    Once 2-3 business days have passed since the date of delivery, please submit our Contact Form below and confirm that you have followed the above steps.

  5. My order was returned to the original sender
    Remember you should check whether your given shipping address is correct.
    *The given shipping address is correct.
    Maybe, the shipping carrier may not locate the provided address. We are willing to reship your order to the original address or a different address with no extra fee.
    *The given shipping address is incorrect.
    The extra shipping fee is needed to reship your order to the correct address or a new shipping address.
    Note: Extra shipping fee will depend on your shipment.

  6. I received other customer's item
    If you have received other customer’s items, please contact us within 20 days since the delivery date.

    Please provide us a clear description of the problem, and preferred action either reshipment or refund.

    Remember not to return the wrong items.

    Please submit our Contact Form with your order ID/contact information.

  7. I received the defective items
    If you have received defective items such as Broken and Chipped, Scratched, or Blurry Image/Print, please contact us within 20 days since the delivery date.

    Please provide us a clear description of the problem, and preferred action either reshipment or refund.

    Remember not to return the defective items.

    Please submit our Contact Form with your order ID/contact information.

  8. I received the items that are not as described
    If you have received items that are not as described, please take some below steps:
    Step 1: Check your order confirmation email let us know which difference(s) between your order description and the item you received.

    Step 2: Please submit our Contact Form with your order ID/contact information and the description of your matter(s).
